Silvia Camporesi is a bioethicist specialised in ethics of emerging biotechnologies and ethics of sport. She is currently a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) and Director of Bioethics & Society Postgraduate Programme at King’s College London. Silvia was trained in biotechnology at the International Centre for Genetic Engineering in Triest and at the European Institute of Oncology in Milan.
Silvia holds a first PhD in Life Sciences: Foundations and Ethics from the European School of Molecular Medicine in Milan, and a second PhD in Philosophy of Medicine from King’s College London. She received further training in history of medicine at the University of California San Francisco and at King’s College London.
